Colour: light pink with slightly orange reflections that underline the identity of the grape variety, nebbiolo.
Scent in perfume: the yellow and dry flowers pervade the nose along with unripe fruits and a slight note of dried fruit and potpourri on the olfactory finish.
Flavour: the acidic note refreshes the palate reinforced by the delicate tannin, the wine’s structure enhances the gustatory persistence and gives medium complexity and a slight softness. The notes of dried fruit also persist in the mouth.
Best served at: 10 – 12 ° C.
Food matches: medium-aged cold cuts, cold meat starters, light first courses and medium-aged cheeses.
